Refund policy

We will gladly EXCHANGE an item, however we must be notified within 2 days of receipt of your shipment.  Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect condition with all original tags.  We must receive the items within 7 days of approval.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We are NOT responsible for items lost or stolen.  Please speak with USPS or UPS if an item has been lost or stolen. 

 

INTERNATIONAL:  we are NOT responsible for any shipping charges, duties or taxes or for custom holds associated with the receipt of your package.
